A PATH OF SELF-DISCOVERY

“You know you’ve read a good book when you turn the last page and feel a little as if you have lost a friend.”

Somewhat like the above mentioned quote, I was feeling when I completed the version 1 of the book- VITAMIN H. After getting revitalized by the volume 1 of this book, I was eagerly waiting for the volume 2 as I came into a habit of having 2 capsules of Vitamin H daily. Vitamin H (Volume 1) was a spectacular compilation of 111 quotations by the author Abhishek Deepa Thakkar. Vitamin H expresses the value of who we truly are and should be and bravely addresses self-denials and failures.

Inspired by Hindu philosophy and various scriptures of the world, author Abhishek Thakkar has brought out the 2nd volume of the VITAMIN H.

Vitamin H (Volume 2) consists of total 151 quotes which is very empowering and motivating. Just like we need some supplement’s to keep us healthier and active, in the same way by taking a capsules of Vitamin H 5 times a day also helps you to feel energetic for the entire day.

The best moments in reading are when you come across something – a thought, a feeling, a way of looking at things – which you had thought special and particular to you. Now here it is, set down by a voracious reader, ardent chess player, fervid book reviewer and also an ebullient motivational trainer – ABHISHEK THAKKAR.  Each and every quote constructed under this book will hit you so deeper and it will make you mentally and emotionally strong. He makes us believe in the blessing in disguise that is our life itself.

Abhishek has beautifully quoted each and every quote. This book will surely help those people who are depressed, sad and troubled somewhere in their personal and professional life.

I was dazzled by the below mentioned quote in which Abhishek talks about our duty towards empowering the girls by educating them and he has tried to correlate the education of girls with that of the roots of a tree.

If you water the roots, the leaves on the branches will surely receive water.

If you educate girls, world will surely become a better place.

By this book he tried to give us message that one should be a divergent, one should believe in this dreams and as dreams are merely hallucinations one should consistently put on his efforts, he gave message that one should be the mettle not the metal to prove their strength, he explained that how by developing humility, empathy, and emotional quotient one can marathon in their career.

My commentary on Abhishek’s book would be incomplete without touching the lines which I personally would like to dedicate it to the readers out there:

Learning is life.

Complacency is death.

Your choice transforms everything.

I would highly recommend to read this book if you want to transform your life by getting rid of dysregulation and also their self-sabotaging thoughts.

Have a good dose of Vitamin H.
